Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are here to make it right. Orders reported as delivered by the carrier are not considered to be lost. You can report a lost shipment by contacting the Akkermy Customer Care team at hello@akkermy.com.

Unhappy with Your Purchase:

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase after 30 days, please email us at hello@akkermy.com, and we will process a refund for your order, no questions asked. Return to Sender Packages:

Please note that Akkermy LLC will not be held liable for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect addresses. It is essential to enter accurate shipping information during the ordering process. If a package is returned to our warehouse, we can assist in repacking, relabeling, and reshipping it; however, please be aware that this incurs an additional cost. If you suspect you have entered incorrect address details, contact us immediately to rectify the situation.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us within this timeframe and provide a reason for your cancellation. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations outside of this 24-hour window or due to standard shipping times, which are clearly stated in each product's description. All refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, with the funds reflected in your bank account shortly thereafter.

Ineligible for Refund Policy:

  • Items ordered from our Site(s) and subsequently redirected to a new location beyond our current shipping address on order are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products ordered from our Site(s) with a shipping destination outside of the United States (including its territories) are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for any supplementary costs associated with customs clearance and international duties or taxes.
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • Wholesale transactions and orders are not eligible for a refund.
